 We've all heard the horror stories of a bounce house taking flight with the wind. I'm betting either it wasn't staked securely, it had a torn or loose strap, or it just shouldn't have been inflated at that moment.  Rest assured, you're free to cancel your inflatable order up until we start your delivery. If your reason for canceling is weather related we will either reschedule with you or refund your deposit. we will check the unit for any potential hazards and see that it's properly secured the the ground. We will make sure that our electric cords are run in a way that they're least likely to be tripped over and review the inflatable safety rules with you before we leave your property.
